Brags:
(From Deb Broad) NEW TITLE!
At their first trial of the year, our German Shorthaired Pointer
Bear Mtn Blue Ridge Replica NA NAJ OA OAJ AX MXJ NJC JS-N CGC ("Roxi") earned her Master Agility Excellent Jumpers With Weaves (MXJ) title at the American Bulmastiff Association AKC agility trial in West Springfield, MA. Roxi's time was 39.54 seconds; standard course time was 48 seconds. "Roxi" was bred by Debra Broad, and is owned by Jeff and Erica Gross and Debra Broad, and handled by Jeff Gross (and is also a Champion Luke daughter). Way to go Jeff and Roxy, especially since Jeff was laid up with a back injury a week prior! Not only do the Gsp's have determination, so do the owners!
Also:
One year old "Spencer" Bear Mt Bue Ridge Eclipse (out of Ch Wildapples Griffin, JH X Ch Bear Mt Blue Ridge Paradox) Qualified for his first leg in Junior Hunter at our club hunt test April 30th. Barb Desjardins (Spencer's mom) handled him to scores of 9's and 8's after only four hours yard work introduction and one prior field outing. Both showed great natural ability. Nice job!
(From Pauline & Steve Marcq)
Our pup Casco (a.k.a "bring that back here, you little bee eye tee see h") finished her JH at the Katahdin Hunt test on May 1st, beating her brother Bethel (a.k.a "the Hunkster") by a week, who also finished his JH at the TarTan test on May 8th - a nice Mother's day present for his mom! Bethel also was winners dog at the S. Windsor KC show in W. Springfield on 4/24/05. Casco and Bethel were bred by us out of our "Flash" (Ch Mariah's Melody V Starwood JH, NA, NAJ) and Ritchie Azar's "Bert" (CH Roman's Up 'n' Adam SH).
The next
meeting will be held at 5PM on July 10th at Pauline & Steve
Marcq's house. All members are invited.
